Jason Williams
Director, Barclays Capital
Jason Williams is a Managing Director in the Education, Business and Consumer Services Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital. In this role, he advises corporate clients as well as financial sponsors with portfolio companies and / or interest in the sector. Jason has advised a range of service-based companies both in the U.S. and internationally on capital raising and M&A transactions.
Jason joined Barclays Capital in 2010 following nearly 10 years with Credit Suisse working in the Global Services Investment Banking Group. Prior to that, Jason worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
Jason holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan

Eduardo Wurzmann
CEO, Grupo IBMEC
Grupo Ibmec is a leading provider of postsecondary education in Brazil. As CEO from 2001-2011, Wurzmann led the company from its inception to R$ 180MM in revenues and 20,000 students. In 2010 Grupo Ibmec received R$ 130MM minority investment from Capital International Private Equity Fund (CIPEF). During this period Grupo Ibmec executed a strategy of strong organic growth, coupled with five acquisitions, expanding its footprint nationally, and entering the distance learning segment.
Prior to that, Eduardo spent 10 years in the investment banking industry, first in São Paulo as an equity research analyst, equity portfolio manager, responsible for the equity business of Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Brazil. Later, he was managing director of Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Moscow, managing investments in excess of USD 600MM in equities, fixed income and direct investment opportunities.
Eduardo currently serves on the board of governors of Tel Aviv University in Israel. He received a bachelor´s degree in economics from the University of São Paulo and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Henery Crown Fellow from the Aspen Institute.
